About Us

Arfi Conference Hall has a capacity of 200. The seating capacity is about 150 chairs with ease of having front stage for activities. Whiteboards are provided in conference Hall. Overhead projectors and screens are supplied on request. PowerPoint enabled computer and projector helps to conduct various activities in the hall. Wi-Fi Connection in the hall enables the guests and staff members to access the internet during the program. Since its inception in May 2023 it has been venue of a large number of academic workshops, seminars and conferences. The hall is fully air-conditioned , Wi-Fi enabled with digital projection and best audio facility. The college host inter- college, intra- college and departmental activities in this hall. It has been a big asset for the college.

General Rules

  • Conference hall bookings should be made in advance through the company's designated system.
  • Events must start and end at the scheduled times. Overtime may incur additional charges.
  • Ensure no unauthorized personnel enter restricted areas.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hall. Dispose of trash properly.
  • Catering services should be coordinated through the designated channels. Outside food may require approval.
  • Handle AV equipment with care. Report any issues immediately to the technical support team.
  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within the conference hall.
  • Familiarize yourself with fire exits and evacuation procedures. Do not obstruct fire exits.
  • Keep noise levels at a minimum to avoid disrupting other events in adjacent halls.
  • Any decorations should be approved in advance and should not damage the hall.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of booking 3 or more days before the date of the event – 50% of the tariff shall be refunded.
  • Cancellation of booking less than 3 days from the date of the event – No Refund.
  • Cancellation will be effective from the date of receipt of letter/e-mail. No request for cancellation on the telephone will be entertained.
  • Change of date will be allowed once (subject to availability) on payment of 25% of the tariff.
  • TARIFF IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED ANY LOSS/DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY WILL BE RECOVERED FROM THE PARTY BOOKING THE VENUE.
